[MUSIC PLAYING] Congratulations! Now that you have the Fitbit Flex, you have access to the information you need to make real, measurable progress towards your health and fitness goals. You'll notice that there are two wristbands included. The tracker is found in the larger wristband. If the smaller wristband is a better fit for you, simply pop the tracker out of the larger band and push it into the smaller one. It may take a little wiggle here or there, but your tracker should slide right in without too much effort. After fitting the wristband, take the tracker back out of the band and place it into the charging cable and plug it into the USB port of your computer. Once the tracker is charged, you can put it back into the wristband. Next, put the wireless dongle into the USB port of your computer and log onto www.fitbit.com/setup to download the necessary software, create your account and sync your new Flex. We recommend setting up a new account with Fitbit rather than logging in through Facebook. The set up seems a little more straightforward. Take the time to put in your stats like height and weight, so your Flex can give you the most accurate information possible. Your tracker is preset with a goal of 10,000 steps per day. When you double tap your Flex, it shows a light for every 20% of your progress towards that goal. When you reach your goal, it buzzes and flashes. When you're done with the account set up guide, it will automatically bring up more information about syncing your Fitbit Flex to other devices like your smartphone. You will also learn more about using your online account features such as goal tracking, logging workouts, and food intake. Flex comes with great online tools and a mobile app that allows you to see your progress through charts and graphs. Thanks for taking the time to watch this video.
