Please be careful not to pinch the receiver wire with your nails. The dome should be inserted far enough so that the receiver wire lies flush against your ear. You should not be able to see the receiver wire when you look in the mirror. To remove your hearing aid, lift your hearing aid from the back of your ear. Use your thumb and index finger to grab onto the base of your receiver wire at the point where the receiver wire bends. Gently pull the receiver wire and dome out of your ear.
