Thanks for trusting Best Buy to deliver and install your new refrigerator. Here are a few things to do before delivery day to ensure that you'll have the best possible experience. For starters, walk the path. Try to avoid stairs, tight turns, and other obstacles and make of the doorways and halls are wide enough to accommodate your new appliance. Next, check your hookups. You'll need a three prong 110 volt outlet for your new refrigerators power cord. If the fridge has an ice maker or water dispenser, make sure there's a water shutoff valve no more than six feet away. The valve should be corrosion free and in good working condition with a standard metal connection that won't need to be modified to work with our parts. If you don't have an existing water line, but do want an ice maker, we have a service that may be able to get you set up. Speaking of parts, you'll need a new waterline connection kit. Old parts can cause leaks that might damage your home, so Best Buy installers won't reuse existing parts for new hookups. Finally, be sure to completely empty your old refrigerator and ice maker. These do ahead tasks will help make your installation smooth and trouble free. To get the complete details about our refrigerator installation service and all the other great services we offer, check out bestbuy.com or visit your local store and be sure to ask about our hall away and relocation services.
