How can I help you? - You can call in with your medical questions, and we can connect you with a nurse in your state. And that's 24 hours day, seven days a week, anytime. - Lively Rides is a service that we can dispatch a car to take you to and from your doctor's appointments or wherever you need to go. The Lively Link app keeps you in contact with your family. They're able to check in and make sure everything is okay. And if anything does change, they get a notification. - So that grants them the peace of mind, they know you're safe. - Fall detection is a service provider for our safety devices that will actually detect a fall if a customer is unable to press the button. - The technology is at your fingertips, but if you don't know how to use it, it's not very helpful for you. We're able to walk you step by step and give you that education. - Those things like sending a regular text message or a photo to their family member. "I just took a picture of my garden. I want to send it to my daughter." We help them with that. - We also have our emergency response service. Just a press of a button, and they are connected to a urgent response agent, give them help whenever needed, 24/7. - Some people use it for roadside assistance. Some people use it if they're leaving their house late at night or something, walking through a parking lot, and they're concerned for their safety. They'll have an urgent response advisor stay on the line with them just till they get to their car in a safer spot. - When you set up an account with us, you get the ability to set up a personal profile. - This is just gonna be a list of information that we can add that is gonna include your address, your phone number, any hidden key information, so you don't have to have your front door kicked in. We can also keep track of a list of medications for you, your physicians, and any chronic medical conditions you have. - It is I think super helpful, because urgent response can share that with first responders. When you're calling 911, they don't know who you are. They have no information about you. You don't have to worry about it while you're having a medical emergency to try to think of what medication you're taking, what history you've had. It's already all there for you, and it's just shared super easily. - We will always be here to help you. - These are the type of products where it's good to have and not need than need and not have it. - You can live on your own.
